That makes sense; your abs are front and center—that is, unless you're wearing clothes—so her eyes will inevitably be there at first glance (besides your face, of course). Luckily for you, you can shape your abs; no such luck with the face change. And to be fair, it's not like women are completely superficial. According to a study from the University of Albany, a woman's sexual satisfaction is strongly linked to her partner's attractiveness and shoulder width. Tip for men with humble shoulders: go to the gym. A broad, well-defined shoulder shave has always been considered a sign of strength and masculinity; according to David Peretta's book In Your Face: The New Science of Human Attraction, men with higher shoulder-to-hip ratios also reported having sex at an earlier age and with more sexual partners.
